Looking for creative things to do in Liverpool? Learn how to craft your own stunning silver rings at this fun jewellery making class!
During this workshop, you will practice traditional silversmithing techniques and transform sterling silver into either two slim stacking rings with a semi-precious stone or a wider ring with added texture.
You'll start by sizing your ring and measuring the materials needed before filing, shaping and soldering your silver with a blowtorch, ready to add unique textures with a collection of hammers. Once formed, you can polish your ring to your desired shine and set the stone the traditional way—without glue!
Your skilled teacher will be on hand throughout this process to support, advise and demonstrate the skills needed while allowing you to make the ring independently. Those making stacking rings can choose from a wide range of semi-precious gemstones on the day.
You'll finish this class with a host of new skills and the knowledge of how to make jewellery, along with your beautiful ring, ready to wear!

- There is no strict age limit for this jewellery making class but please enquire before booking for anyone under the age of sixteen to confirm that the workshop will be suitable for them.
- No alcohol may be consumed before or during this class for health and safety reasons.

- You can arrange to make additional rings in the workshop at a small additional charge online while booking, or on the day with card or cash payment. An additional textured stacking ring is £10, a stacking ring with a semi-precious gemstone is £15 and a wide textured ring is £20.
