Kintsugi Pottery Class for Beginners Reviews

5 Rating 560 Reviews
A beautiful class- learning the philosophy of kintsugi while making and keeping a beautiful example of it! Brandon and Lee gave a thorough explanation of the history of kintsugi and the steps involved in both breaking and mending the bowls, peppered with jokes and light moments. It was a long way for us to travel but definitely worth it! I did this class with my husband for our 9th (pottery) anniversary. It was very apt!

Booked it as a surprise for my wife. Went along thinking I would hate it. Actually really enjoyed it. Brandon and Lee taught it really nicely paced and easy to follow. Super well done guys.

A really fun and interesting session. We were a private group of 8 for my birthday which worked very well. Brandon was great and we all felt we'd learnt a lot and had a lovely bowl to take home as a reminder. I would defintiely recommend it to someone looking for something a bit different to do and the philosophy behind it is so positive too.

Brandon and Lee were great hosts. They kept us entertained with words and instructions and kept the session engaging. Several options of bowl to choose from. Techniques explained and clear instructions. Didn't feel rushed. Would love to do an advanced/longer kintsugi class as well if they plan one with more complicated breaks involved....

We attended the beginner Kintsugi pottery class and had a great time! The class was fun, and the instructors were fantastic—very helpful, engaging, and supportive throughout. Highly recommend for anyone curious about Kintsugi or looking for a creative, hands-on experience. And bonus - we now have 2 new beautiful bowls!
