Lots of fun learning the basic stitches for crochet. I have tried to teach myself online but found it far too frustrating. I think you really need someone in real life to teach you crochet because it is quite complicated but by the end of the session I felt well informed and very inspired! I hope to potentially come back to a slightly higher level class when I have mastered the basics. I thought it was great that we got wool a bag and a magazine and a crochet hook. I wasn’t expecting that. Maria was really lovely and incredibly patient Teacher.

Maria had a lot of patience to teach me and even my seven year old who was able to get the hang of the basics. There were lots of tips to help us correct any mistakes and we feel as though we've had an excellent start to our learning journey.

Maria was an excellent teacher, showing great patience as she started us off with the very basics of how to hold the yarn and needle. Then everyone had their own yarn to practice with, with Maria close by to help at all times. We were able to bring our new work home to continue learning. Thoroughly enjoyed it, and the time went really quickly.

Teacher was very patient ! Small class so she could give plenty of help . It took me a while to get how to do the crocheting but the teacher Maria was very good at showing how to do the basic stitches and I feel confident to try at home now . The time went quickly . Would have been good to have had longer but it was good value for money especially as I paid a special offer price . Came away with a free hook and some yarn and patterns etc . Pleased I went . Thanks

Maria was an absolutely brilliant crochet teacher. She was so kind and friendly, and was exceptionally patient, explaining and showing us as many times as we needed until we got the hang of it. We really can’t recommend her enough, we couldn’t have asked for a nicer, more capable teacher. Thank you so much Maria!
