I loved this class, the small number of attendees meant there was enough opportunity for individual help for all of us and the materials provided were good quality. I would definitely book another class in the future and recommend these to others

Spent a lovely afternoon learning how to crochet. The class size was 6 which was great. You were provided with wool, crochet hook, bag and instruction leaflet. The teacher was very patient and explained things very well and covered some additional questions at the end which were really useful. By the end of the session I was able to do a double and triple crochet stitch, read a simple pattern and understand how to change colours. As a knitter I have always wanted to learn how to crochet and this was the perfect start. As with anything it is ‘practice makes perfect’ but I can’t wait to start. Hobbycraft offer more advanced crochet classes which I will take up once I have mastered the basics.

My crochet teacher Kerry, was an excellent teacher. It was the first time I'd done crochet, it was a bit difficult to get my head around at first. It would have been better if I had done it 1 to 1 with someone.
