This workshop provides a wonderful introduction to the world of crochet, perfect if you’re a complete beginner. Through the course of the workshop, you’ll learn double stitch and treble stitch. You’ll also be shown how to create a chain, working in rows to create a tension square.

You’ll have a craft kit included, ensuring you’ve got the yarn and hook you need. It’s a great opportunity to pick up techniques you can then put into practice when you move on to other patterns.

Throughout the tutorial, you will be able to ask any crochet questions you may have.

Teacher Helen was very patient, capable and helpful. Our individual requests were accommodated, for which I was grateful as I asked for help with a piece I had started… ! It was a beginners class…

The class was for my 13 year old daughter. It was a small group of 5. My daughter enjoyed the class. The teacher was helpful, offered tips and guided her through different stitches. She was avaibale for one to ones and questions. It was a good session.

Our teacher, Helen, was lovely. Patient and was able to assess how much help each of us needed. Very knowledgeable and interesting. It was a lovely way to spend some of my morning. (Milton Keynes)

Helen was a fabulous teacher, and went around the group individually. There was about a 40 yr age spread in the group. Helen did very well. Wish I had done this earlier, rather than struggle on YouTube! Thoroughly enjoyed it! We did the slip knot, chain, double crochet, and treble crochet. Thank you!
