I used to crochet many (many!) years ago, but needed a re-learn. Fiona was excellent as a tutor, patient and clear with instructions. Thank you, Fiona

For a complete beginner it was a little confusing. An explanation of the basic stitches at the start would be helpful to know what we’d be doing. It was ok as a start. The book I got will be more help I think.

The workshop was great, the lady running the class was very friendly and informative. I liked that I got to go and choose my own colours of yarn.

I had a very enjoyable crochet lesson with Fiona. She explained and demonstrated everything in a very clear and relaxed way. I was amazed how much I learnt in the time and came away feeling excited that I could, with practice, be able to crochet well. When I got home, I spent time practicing and really pleased with how much I’d remembered. Thank you Fiona

Fiona was brilliant! Explaining in really easy terms each step. I have tried for years and never been able to. Within 5 minutes we were off and running. Fiona broke it down into 1 loop to join, then one loop for stitch and repeat... Voila. I'm doing it! At home now making a scarf with 2 free huge balls of lovely wool thick wool and hook. Doubles and trebles no problem! :-)
