We really enjoyed this beginner’s crochet class. It has helped to get my niece started with crochet, and an excellent refresher for me. The teacher was very knowledgeable and patient; she could help everyone with progressing in the stitches, as well as any issues we encountered. I would highly recommend this class to anyone in the Bolton area.

We booked this beginners crochet class at Hobby Craft in Bolton, it was easy to book online. We got this as a gift for our 11 year old daughter. We had a great time and learnt the basic stitches and received 2 balls of wool and a crochet hook to get started. The teacher was lovely and provided one to one support as needed. Would definitely recommend to any beginners wanting to learn how to crochet.

Shannon was excellent - very patient and encouraging. She explained things really well. I have had no luck with beginners crochet class provided by other organisations - but I feel that I have now understood what to do . I feel sure that I am at the start of a very interesting hobby. Thank you Shannon!

Shannon was lovely. Soooo patient with us! I was an absolute beginner having only picked up a crochet hook the day before to try to follow a YouTube video, which didn't go well. By the end of the session we had all completed a piece of double and triple crochet. I really enjoyed myself and felt supported throughout. Got to practise now before I move on to granny squares.

We each got a bag with two balls of yarn, a hook and some handouts. The teacher was really knowledgeable. She was very patient with us throughout. She explained and demonstrated each stitch really well. She gave good feedback to troubleshoot issues and supported one to one when people needed extra help. The handouts really helped too. The only thing that might improve the course would be stapling the handout for each stitch, as I'd mixed them up in my bag and it was hard to sort them out at home on my own. I would really recommend this course if you're a complete beginner.
