Do you know long string of noodles means long life in China? Make the noodle class perfect for birthday gift. If you love spicy food, this Sichuan cooking class in London is the one for you!

During this cooking workshop, you will learn step-by-step how to make authentic Sichuan Dan Dan noodles from scratch. Don't worry if you're new to cooking, as your friendly teacher will be by your side each step of the way. You will find yourself in a small class and spacious shop with air conditioner. Often gets private class if booking in weekdays.

In this Chinese cooking class, you will learn to:
- Make noodles from scratch – both thin and thick.
- Make the spicy mince dish and sauce go on top of the noodles.
- Cook and present the dish.

By the end of this fun foodie experience, you'll have a finished dish to call your own and dig into. You'll not only walk away with a full belly but also the skills to make this amazing recipe at home.

Allergy Information
- Gluten (essential).
- Soy can be found in the sauce.
- Pork mince is the classic ingredients for this dish.
- A vegan option is also available. Shiitake is the best for this dish. You can add-on other vegetable dishes in Add-on if you don't like shiitake.

Add-on Classes
- All Add-ons are in the same class. It is to save your time and make the class more fun. Please allow extra time, 30 minutes to 1 hour. You can always contact us before booking to find out more details.
- The smashed cucumber is a very popular vegan salad in add-on.
- Surely you would like to add some drinks to make the class more fun.
- You can also learn how to sharpen your kitchen knives. Bring one in if safe to do so.
- To add Artistic Bento Box to make the dish look more attractive.
- Festival Special Drinks featuring warm drinks, Butterbeer, Christmas Special Mulled Wine and Hot Chocolate with Rum.
Come along and enjoy a cool, welcoming space with the chance of a private class on quiet weekdays. You'll leave with a brand new Asian cooking skillset and plenty of delicious treats to take home with you!

Important Notes
- Price shows here is for one person. Every one requires a valid ticket in order to stay in the class, regardless whether participants in the class or just taking photos.
- The estimated class duration time is only a reference based on 12 persons in the class. It covers the entire experience, from the minute you arriving until you eating all the food. Don't worry if you need more time. And be proud if you take less time.
- Please do not bring any outside food or beverages.
- This is an adult-only class (18+). For safety reasons, the class is not suitable for pregnant women.
- We have a strict 15-minute lateness policy. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, your booking will be cancelled without a refund or reschedule.

Refund and Reschedule
- If you need to reschedule, a £50 fee per person applies. The request must be made and the fee paid at least one week prior to your class date.
- If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member (18+). If you want to do this, simply notify us of the new attendee's name.
- The best way you can help the micro business is that, If you cannot attend booked classes, please give it to your friends and family. They will thank you for that as our classes are excellent. They will return the favour to you. It is win-win-win for all.

Simon was incredibly friendly and welcoming, he made us feel so comfortable from the start. The cooking experience was very interactive, and he shared so much knowledge about the history of the dish. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, learnt a lot, and made some very tasty food! We can’t wait to go back.

Made very welcome as soon as we walked through the door. Explained what we would do that evening and then began to tell us more about Chinese history whilst serving us green tea. He related the history to what we were cooking which covered things like : Why is it called Dan Dan? What spices were initially available in China Stir frying and what it actually means Difference between numbing and hot Touched onJapan and some of the influences that have come from China versus America The cooking (and the order in which to cook) was very relaxing and informative. Got taught a little about knife skills Kung Pao chicken was delicious. Dan Dan noodles were fabulous along with the pork mince All in all a fantastic experience and we will definitely be back once we have worked out what we want to learn next. Am now off to China town to buy some ingredients that we used last night…
