This is a fun activity in Manchester

On the hunt for some alternative group activities in Manchester? Whether you're looking for hen party ideas or birthday party and date night activities, this crafty Manchester experience is a real crowd-pleaser!

Purchase a drink at the bar on arrival to get those creative juices flowing as you learn how to sculpt pottery and craft your own clay creation in the heart of Manchester.

New to pottery making? Don't worry,  no previous experience is necessary. Buy some dutch courage at the bar and dive hands first into the clay to make some sculpted pottery pieces you'll be proud of!

Along the way, this pottery class will guide you as you're encouraged to let your imagination run wild as you learn the basics of sculpting with air dry clay.

By the end of this relaxing pottery class in Manchester, you'll have your own clay creation to take away and admire and some new sculpting skills too! Class Length is 90-120mins.

Great fun, very relaxed and sociable. I had a gift voucher for this session and, thanks to clever packaging to take our items home on the day, I now have a lasting reminder of the gift.

Such a lovely and warm atmosphere --The instructors were super welcoming and helpful, and the class had good vibes all around. It was the perfect way to spend an afternoon hanging out with friends, having a few drinks, and getting crafty with clay. We all left with huge smiles—we'd love to go back!

Super fun class, our instructor was extremely friendly and helpful, moving around the table giving advice and praise the entire time. Made a practise pot to familiarise ourselves with the tools and then had time to make whatever we wanted. Would highly recommend this activity!

It was a fun activity but it was really odd that you were expected to take the goods away with you to dry and paint them at home. Most people are clearly going to be going out after the session (hen do, bottomless brunch etc) so an option to pick them up from the venue once dry would make much more sense.

Absolutely loved it! Originally from Manchesyer but moved to Wales a few years ago. I wanted something a bit different for my Welsh boyfriends birthday and we were NOT disappointed! Lovely, king, insightful, talented teacher and a really cool group of people to vibe with! Perfect Sunday afternoon, learning something new and taking home a very cool handmade gift. The teacher was so chilled out and made us all feel at ease whilst showing patience and attention at detail. Would HIGHLY recommend. Venue very cool too. Lovely bar staff, funky atmosphere and intimate space for us all. Thanks for hosting us! ❤️

It was an amazing class, such good fun. Lucy was lovely showing us how to make a pinch pot, then we got to be creative. I made a ghost and helped my son create his masterpiece of a Shroom! My daughter's enjoy making their own fun creations too. This was a 30th Birthday surprise for my eldest daughter.
