The class itself was fine. Me and my friend were lucky as we were the only ones taking the class at the time. My concerns are with the overall customer service after the work shop was done. We paid quite a bit of money for the class and then had to pay extra to take an item we had each made home. They told us it will be ready in “3 weeks” and said we would get text message and email. Fast forward a month and a week. No message. So I took it upon myself to reach out independently. (Please bear in mind I check my spam regularly as one of the workers later on mentioned this) after 5 days of no response via phone or email. I decide to call, which I was received with “it’s a busy period, you didn’t check your spam” which for me is just not good enough considering the amount I paid. It feels like lazy aftercare and customer service at the very least. I would not recommend to purchase any of the products that you make at really seems like a company that wants to take your money and not follow up with you after.

We had the most wonderful time at the beginners pottery class! From the moment we arrived, Maria made us feel so welcome and at ease, especially as most of us had never tried pottery before. She was patient, encouraging, and so passionate about what she does, taking the time to guide each of us through the process and celebrate our little successes along the way. It was also a birthday celebration, and Maria went above and beyond to make the birthday girl feel extra special. From kind words and thoughtful touches to making sure she got a few extra photos of her creations, it really felt personal and memorable. By the end of the session, we all left not only with something we’d made ourselves, but with big smiles and a genuine sense of achievement. We didn’t take our creations home yet, we’re coming back to paint them, and we can’t wait! Such a wholesome, relaxing, and joyful experience. Thank you, Maria, for making it so special!
