This is a fun activity in Walworth, London

Whether you're looking to add some gorgeous greenery to your space or you want a unique gift for the plant lover in your life, come along to this London terrarium workshop and create your own delightful display of pint-sized plants.

Terrariums are self-sustaining ecosystems enclosed in glass. Led by a friendly local crafter, this terrarium workshop will let you learn how to create your very own self-sustaining ecosystem in style and how to care for it.

Your teacher will provide a range of plants for you to choose from including fittonia, ivy, cactus, succulents, calathea, ferns and moss as well as a terrarium glass to house them in. They'll then show you each step to making your own terrarium to suit your tastes.

Offering an enjoyable creative retreat, there'll also be ice-breaking activities with refreshments in order to set a warm, welcoming environment for your workshop experience. You'll leave with your beautiful terrarium to take home, along with a host of tips to keep it healthy and help it flourish.

Teacher and class was good. However felt a bit rushed. Our time slot was 1-3, however by 2:30 she was alrdy packing up our terrariums. There was also not many different types of plants to choose from. Apart from that, was good and fun.

I absolutely loved every second of this! It was very intimate and informative, despite still looking after her incoming customers she was so very attentive with us all individually. With her expertise and knowledge, I was able to bring many holiday memories to life with my paradise walk in a glass! I can’t wait to attend again, I wonder if you’ll do other size glasses?! Don’t stop what you’re doing, it’s your passion for a reason ✨

I thoroughly enjoyed my class, today. The shop and separate, quiet workshop space in the back are lovely. We got free coffee, too. Our teacher was really welcoming, friendly and full of interesting stories and tips. She took the time to find out what kind of terrarium each of us wanted to make, and helped us every step of the way, before boxing our creations up for us to take home. I'm very happy with what I made, and feel I've learned a lot about how terrariums work and how to care for them. Definitely give this a try!

It was such a lovely experience! The teacher was very helpful and explained all the steps of making the terrarium well. Very cute venue in a nice location, with a lot to do in the area. The activity itself was very grounding and creative. Both me and my husband enjoyed ourselves a lot. Thank you!

The work shop was very good, the teacher was really personal and friendly. She helped us make terraniums personal to us and gave us lots of tips and advise. After we got 20% off in the shops and she still continued to give advise on how to care for the plants.
