“If I could give this 0 star I really would... The location was super hard to find, it took us to an industrial estate, a completely different location to where the workshop actually took place. Tried to contact them to help find the way; no answer via both email and mobile. We arrived 30 minutes early and didn't manage to find the location until 10 past and it shouldn't have taken that long. The workshop itself was not engaging, and we were done in just over 10 minutes. It was supposed to be a celebratory event but it was ruined. We chose to ship the dry bear to our houses; it took nearly a month and there's no communications whatever. The box arrived and it was somewhat open (not taped well). Honestly disappointed and definitely not worth the money.”

“This was such a brilliant and fun way to spend an hour. Communication before the event was so easy and we found the room easily. On arrival we were greeted and had a brief explanation of the process for pouring. Then it was to it. Step by step guidance was given on what to do and support too if needed. We’ll collect our bears this week and I can’t wait to see them. Would recommend as a fun thing to do.”

“Very poor experience. Impossible to find- in a building site- dangerous environment, took us a while to find venue. When we did we were late but given it cost 120£ for two people we were not expecting a rude uninterested teacher. Told us we had to pay another 20£ each due to lateness! We refused. Took minutes to just pour paint over a bear. She ignored us and just ruined the birthday surprise. Could have been a lovely date but really left a sour taste. Do not book. Not worth it!”

“This was a great experience, and awaited long event, as we wanted to come since last year. Really welcoming team, they explain what the process was and allowed you to pick your own colours to add to the bear. They were with us throughout the full process , letting us know where we needed to fix/add anything to the bear, and provided us with already made examples so that we could take ideas to do ours, like getting a brush and dipping on different paint colours to spray on top, making new textures. Thank you , it was lovely”
