I attended a free flow paint session at 1430 afternoon was greeted by a nice member of staff. Black tall male However on leaving one white male and one white female weren’t particularly smiley or friendly. I cannot pinpoint exactly what they did wrong however they did not make myself or my friend both who which wear head Starves feel comfortable. When smiling at them they did not smile, when asking do we just leave with our paintings. The woman said yes just go. She did not ask us if we wanted a bag, how are were experience was. They were ignoring us until made a point of attention by saying excuse me and standing in front of the woman. Although there is no blatant racist action that they did. They did not make me or my friend feel welcome and I feel as though this was definitely due to the fact that we wore headscarves and are muslim. Please encourage your staff to remain polite to all customers, smile, greet ask them how their session was. Be approachable. No matter what your views are of people of colour or different religions. Or ethnicities you should treat everyone equally It is very disappointing as someone who works for the NHS I know how important this is and how easily it can be done. Please do better

Came in expecting to paint like Picasso, left with something closer to preschool fridge art—but I had a blast doing it! Docking one star only because my masterpiece won’t be hanging in the Louvre anytime soon but overall a fun experience!!

Self guided paint session, very easy to check in, we were given our canvas, showed to the paints and we got good time to complete our paintings. So fun and worth doing. Only negative is the lack of colours of paints, you have to mix your own shades. There were maybe 8 basic colour shades.

I attended the free-flow painting session so didn’t have a teacher however we were warmly welcomed and shown how to access the materials etc. we were not interrupted or rushed and it was a really therapeutic experience. Only downside was that the music wasn’t to my liking and some had vulgar language. Maybe jazz or other types of instrumental music would have been better.
