This is a fun activity in Heathcote, Coventry
In this pasta and pizza cooking class in Warwick based in the West Midlands, we will be making both pizza and pasta doughs from scratch for you to eat during the session.
You will be guided by a friendly and supportive teacher, Anne Marie, throughout and pick up plenty of top cooking skills.
You will make a sweet potato, spinach and herb ravioli with a garlic butter sauce and tagliatelle in a marinara (tomato and herb) sauce.
This class is perfect for anyone who struggles with pizza shaping as well as showing how much more tasty home made dough is.
What will you learn in this pizza and pasta-making class?
- You will make the pasta dough from scratch and learn to use a pasta machine and hand rolling so you can make it again at home with ease.
- How to make the perfect vegetable fillings for your ravioli.
- Create a delicious, simple sauce with butter and herbs from Anne Marie’s garden.
- Make tagliatelle pasta and a rich tomato sauce with fresh herbs.
- Make a traditional pizza dough from scratch using local organic flour. Discover how to hand roll to make the perfect base for your favourite pizza toppings.
Once you have made your own pasta and pizza dough from scratch, you will want to make it again for friends and family.
