“We had a right old laugh together. Really fun. Great instructions & Jo Jo was a delight. I do think at £60 per head it is expensive though. I think the more people that are there the cheaper per person it should be. Thanks Jo Jo. A really fun afternoon.”

“We were offered to move to Scones class after Macarons instructor was ill. We tried to book donuts the previous week and one of the instructors were also ill, so the donut class was cancelled too. I would say that the teaching of the scones was informative and all the students came out with a lot of scones, but the set up of the class is not a £60 p/p quality. The large room is completely empty except for the 6 students which made it echo and felt like an abandoned warehouse although the rest of the building is really nice looking. We were offered halfway through to connect our phone to their speaker. We passed a single bag of flour along the table for 6 of us which ran out and the teacher had to leave the room to get more. We were then offered to have the scones upstairs with clotted cream and jam which is nice, but instructor was regularly forgetting something and leaving and coming back. My feedback would be to have everything needed in the room from the beginning of the class. Add some decoration to the room to give it more personality and have music already playing ahead of time. It's these small things which would have made me feel better about spending £60 for this class. Finally, our instructor was rude to one of the other attendees. The attendee's 'dough' was not to a good standard and the instructor said "Your scones will be ruined now" in a very awkward way. A professional would have ensured the attendee would have mixed the dough properly before allowing them to proceed to the dough stage so this was actually the instructor's fault. Secondly, if the scones were going to be 'ruined', the instructor should have helped the other attendee redo the dough quickly. It was so awkward and it made me uncomfortable.”
