“The process to book this was super easy and the location was just a few minutes from the station so was pretty easy to find. Our teacher was very informative and conversational - really lovely guy. There was a class on making French macrons taking place next to us and they kindly gave us one to try which was really lovely of them. We had a great time and the pizza turned out wonderfully!”

“My Girlfriend organised this for my birthday, and it was great. For an introductory lesson into making pizzas, this was perfect. Jojo is a really engaging, friendly host who makes you feel at ease. We got to make our own dough, and then with dough Jo had prepared earlier, we got to make our own pizza! Perfect as you can use this recipe at home in your conventional oven as well as a pizza oven”

“Lovely teacher but the overall workshop was deceiving. Basic products from the shop, no fresh yeast or pizza flour. Ovens were just like those at home. Would have expected pizza ovens to say the least. There was no real teaching, the pizza we had was more like bread if anything.. Would not reccomend the experience.”

“Yesterday we attended a pizza making class with Jojo and it was absolutely fantastic. It was a birthday gift for my best friend and we both loved every minute of it. Jojo made the whole process feel much simpler than we expected, which means it's actually something we can recreate at home. The class was relaxed, fun and very easy to follow. The pizzas were absolutely delicious and the venue itself is a really cool space in a great location in Islington, which was perfect for us as we're local to the area. A wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommended! ✨”
