We really enjoyed our class with Monica: we felt like we were being warmly welcomed into her home, and her explanations and demonstrations were super clear and helpful. Prosecco from her husband, plus extra advice from her young daughter, kept things very light hearted, and our lunch of ravioli and tagliatelle that we made ourselves was delicious.
