Aperitivo is a core part of Italian bar culture – a ritual pre-meal drink designed to “open” the appetite before dining. For generations, Italians have gathered in the early evening to enjoy drinks, appetisers, and great company.
During this interactive experience, our skilled bartenders will introduce you to the world of Italian aperitivo through a combination of live demonstrations, tastings, and hands-on cocktail making.
The class includes:
• A welcome aperitivo cocktail demonstration with tasting
• An additional cocktail demonstration led by our mixologist (tasting included, shared depending on group size)
• One cocktail personally crafted by each participant
• A shot of limoncello to finish
You’ll also learn about iconic cocktails such as the Negroni, Limoncello Bramble, and Espresso Martini, gaining insight into their history, ingredients, and preparation techniques.
Throughout the class, you’ll develop essential mixology skills in a relaxed and social environment, experiencing the true spirit of Italian aperitivo culture.
