Join me, JoJo or one of my team, for this dreamy chocolate masterclass where you’ll get to make your own chocolate truffles while sipping on the drinks of your choice sold at the bar.
In our teaching space, or don't forget we can come to you, you’ll first get stuck into making a creamy ganache centre and learn to create perfect little spheres before coating them in chocolate or cocoa powder (this bit can get messy!) and then decorating them with sprinkles and cocoa nibs. You'll take loads home with you, and you can nibble as you go!
