“Really fun expereince. Helena was a fantastic host and made everyone feel super welcome. She showed some examples of how to fold dumplings, and then we all had a go at trying the different folds and tasting the end product. Her supervision telling us what we'd done right and wrong (BOAT not HAT!) was excellent. Getting to take home our creations was a fantastic way to finish and remember the class as well. Was a great couple hours and I'd recommend to all!”

“Helena was a lot of fun, exuded tons of positive energy, she was very nice and patient, and spent enough time with me to learn what I needed to do. I left feeling a sense of accomplishment and could not wait to practise at home what I learnt from her that evening. I'd highly recommend. We learnt to make 2 types of dumplings - jiaozi and wonton, each with its different wrapper or skin. We learnt different shapes for each, and different ways of cooking them. Overall, I couldn't be happier for attending this class.”

“Great fun class! Very clear instructions from Helena, who was super friendly, and the class was not too hard to be enjoyable. I can now make several shapes of dumplings and will be doing them at home. Loads of dumplings to take home too, so good value. And a lovely venue and host too.”
