Creating scent is a sensory experience that relaxes the mind by getting you in flow and allowing us to focus only on the material and the scent. Expect a natural calming effect and a beautiful reed diffuser.
This in-person Reed Diffuser Making Workshop will last for 1.30 hours and will be hosted by Emily Lynam, Founder of Yougi.
During this natural scent class, you will learn from scent expert and Yougi founder, Emily, all about fragrance and the art of creating your own scent – so don't worry if this is your first time trying candle making!
You will start by learning about fragrance families and what top, heart, and base notes are. Emily will then share tips on creating a natural and effortless fragrance whilst also teaching you the benefits and healing therapies of the different essential oils.
This session is focused on the creation of your unique scent. You'll be able to work on your scent story, deciding which way you want to approach it.
After that, you will blend your own unique scent using different essential oils. To finish, you will pour your own 100ml diffuser to take home. Walk away with your bespoke scented reed diffuser and a sense of zen!
