This is a fun activity in Camden Town, London
This exciting in-person jewellery making class is held in Camden Town, London NW1.
You'll get to learn a new skill while having a fun evening out and relaxing after work. Whether you're a complete beginner or a jeweller working in different media, this workshop is perfect for anyone looking to get creative and expand their range of craft skills.
This course (and all my courses) is designed for adults. I do not currently offer classes for children and teenagers.
During the three-hour session, you'll learn how to create your very own silver pendant, or a pair of earrings from Silver Clay - this is a modern material made from particles of pure silver metal, mixed with a water based binder that holds them together as a workable clay.
Silver Clay - is real alchemy! You model the clay to create your basic forms, then dry it out and further refine it, join elements together and then finally fire the clay to burn away the binder and sinter the silver particles together to form a solid metal. Clay to solid shiny, wearable silver in just 3 hours!
Don't worry if you're new to jewellery making - this class is designed to alleviate any fears and provide a supportive environment for beginners. With a small group size of just 3 students, your experienced instructor will guide you through the process, ensuring you feel confident every step of the way.
All the materials you need will be provided, so simply come along on your own or with friends to enjoy a fun and creative evening. As you create your custom jewellery pieces, you'll experience the satisfaction of seeing your designs come to life. By the end of the class, you'll have beautifully polished jewellery ready to wear.
Join us for this relaxing jewellery making class and take home not just your new skills, but also a beautiful solid silver pendant or pair of earrings that you can proudly wear or give as a thoughtful gift. Don't miss out on this opportunity to learn, create, and have a memorable evening!
The workshop space is downstairs, so unfortunately difficult to access for anyone with mobility problems - apologies for any inconvenience.
