My sister and I share a love of cinnamon buns and this was a great class. It’s great for couples, friends & family, also great to go solo. Our teacher James - bake and bond, introduced himself to the class and gave a quick introduction in what to expect from the class. We broke the ice by all introducing ourselves and then we got stuck into the baking. He talked us through each stage and a little to why we do each stage. Once the cinnamon buns were ready we ate one, then was provided with a box and bag to bag them up and take them home. It was a fantastic experience, highly recommended. James was great with everyone and the class was very satisfying. After finishing the class you are also sent the recipe which is a great addition. I would definitely do other classes and recommend this one specifically very highly.

Bake&Bond was great and the class was fun and simplified. You don't weigh it anything you just get straight into it. One thing I didn't like is not clearly being told that we are sharing with a stranger/ our pair. I'm OCD and I didn't like that I didn't have the option the clean the table myself before putting dough on it or separating the dough as I didn't want my 'partners' hands and germs on my food at all. Although I enjoyed the person I was paired with and the people in the group...this bothered me a lot. If this bothers you, then go with someone that you trust their hygiene or wear the gloves that James provides. Before I could give the gloves to my partner, they are already had their hands deep in our dough. James did make everyone wash their hands, which gave me *slight* comfort. Albeit, it was nice meeting everyone and James was lovely. He tried staying on theme and giving prompts to help us mingle. I learnt a lot and made a gorgeous bun the day after my workshop.
