This is a fun activity in Eccles, Manchester

Introducing our candle making workshops, where you’ll learn the basics of aromatherapy and essential oil blending, during which you will make three of your own jar candles!

In a small group of up to 10, you’ll get 2 hours of "you" time to build a skill surrounded by like-minded people in a comfortable, relaxing space.

The workshops start with grabbing a free herbal tea, followed by a tour of our essential oils, their benefits, and the key knowledge of aromatherapy blends as well as scent building. You'll get to make blends until you create 3 custom scents you love, before moving on to product making. Your teacher will then walk you through how to wick your container, scent your wax, and pour your candles, for long-lasting candles with a great scent throw and a smooth finish.

Learn to work with our sustainable and all-natural, coconut and rapeseed wax, cotton wicks, and using pure essential oils, so you’ll be using or gifting the highest quality candles!

We’ll provide all the ingredients, you’ll also get a chance to buy hugely discounted products, and we’ll gift you a code for future workshops and online purchases.

Our recipes are vegan, sustainable, and natural.

Note: If you or the person you are buying for is allergic to an essential oil, oats, coconut, or rapeseed, please let us know!

For security reasons, the building is locked during classes. Your teacher will be available to let you in from half an hour prior to the session until class starts. At the start of the class, a herbal tea will be provided, after which doors will be locked and class begins. We will not be able to catch up attendees who arrive more than 15 minutes late, and this will be considered a no-show. Thank you for your understanding.

The candle making class was great. Bought it as a Christmas present for my friends. It was very relaxing, fun and informative. Loved mixing the essential oils to create some great smelling candles! Can’t wait to burn them!

From the moment you walk in and the scent takes you on journey of your senses. What a wonderful way to learn about candle making from such a knowledgeable and friendly host. So nice to see such a sustainable company doing what they are passionate about and what a lovely touch to use seeded paper, a forever memory. Made even more amazing with the other guests, so funny.

It was good overall. I enjoyed getting to know & mix the different scents. 2 areas for improvement: 1. The place was very cold. 2. Instructions were said very quickly; it was not easy to follow along at times because of the pace.

Very informative and enjoyable afternoon. We went to celebrate my Mum's birthday and really enjoyed it. Professionally presented and all of the equipment was of a high standard and well presented. We appreciated everything was sustainable too.

Informative, and delivered step by step with practical advice and guidance. The opportunity to experiment, and discuss different combinations of oils I found it to be an enlightening and amazing experience. I liked the emphasis on enviromental sustainability to produce a professional looking / smelling candle , and especially the wild seed impregnated labels. I can highly recommend this class.

I did the aromatherapy candle making class. The teacher was really good at explaining everything and made it really easy to do. The scent mixing part of the workshop was really fun. I often attend workshops like this by myself and get mixed experiences but I felt welcomed and at ease despite being my myself. It was a great class and I felt confident I could have a go at making candles myself at home.
