Lance was a fabulous teacher! Great fun and really easy to understand and copy his instructions! The menu was delicious and loved making the curry paste from scratch. Great venue right in the centre of Covent Garden. The only down side was it was in the basement and the ventilation was really poor.

This was a really fun class! The teacher was clear and easy to follow. I really enjoyed learning about some less well known aspects of Thai food. I was sceptical about the son in law eggs because I don’t usually like boiled eggs but they weee a revelation!
