This is a fun activity in Earlsfield, London

**Private Splatter Painting Session**

A Splatter Experience Like No Other
A private studio. A blank canvas. Total creative freedom.

Enjoy a one-of-a-kind splatter session in your own private studio, away from crowds. Just you, your guest, and a world of colour waiting to be thrown, dripped, and poured across your canvas.

**What to Expect**
Begin your journey in our main studio, surrounded by inspiring paintings, relaxing music, fresh flowers, and a warm welcome. Sip on a glass of wine, enjoy a Nespresso coffee, unlimited tea, bottled water, and sweet treats like biscuits and mini chocolates.

We’ll introduce you to the history of splatter art with a short projector clip on Jackson Pollock’s journey. You’ll learn about the splatter movement, explore abstract expressionism, and pick up a few fun techniques before heading into the creative zone.

**Get Kitted Out**
You’ll be fully suited up with:
️ Waterproof overalls
️ Shoe covers
️ Gloves
️ Safety glasses

So you can splash, drip, and move freely — no mess, no stress.

**Your Canvas, Your Colours**
Work on a 70 x 80 cm stretched canvas (or upgrade to larger sizes — see below), accompanied by background music to keep the vibe relaxed and inspiring.

Choose from a curated palette of 30 colours — and the best part? It’s unlimited. Use as much paint as you like. Play. Layer. Express. There are no rules here — only freedom, bold marks, and total immersion.

**Move to Your Private Studio**
Once you’re ready, head to your private splatter room across from the main studio — a safe space to fully immerse yourself in Pollock-inspired techniques. Splash, pour, and drip to your heart’s content.

This is a place to let go and experiment, with no pressure and no judgement.

**What You’ll Learn**
The fundamentals of Jackson Pollock’s drip technique
How to paint with movement and energy
Techniques in all-over painting and action painting
Working with abstract expressionism
Approaches to freedom, spontaneity, and layering

**No experience needed** — just curiosity and a willingness to get messy. Our professional artists will be there to guide, suggest, and support throughout.

**Hands-On, Immersive, and Meaningful**
This workshop isn’t just fun — it’s a fulfilling creative outlet. You’ll leave with not only a beautiful piece of art, but also a sense of release, calm, and accomplishment.

**Engaging in splatter and drip painting is known to:**
️ Release stress
️ Promote mindfulness
️ Induce calm, meditative states
️ Boost creative confidence

Kat was lovely and very patient with the tweens and teens in our group. Her explanations and guidance was clear and easy to understand. Her friendliness and openness with the kids was perfect. All the kids loved it! Operationally, everything was brilliantly thought through, they loved the chocolates and biscuits. The provision of protective wear was excellent… although I’d recommend switching the outer footwear to wellies or crocs as the floor was slippery and freezing! Personally I would have liked a few laminated images of Jackson Pollock paintings in the room for referencing. Sunday arrival was a bit confusing… an explanation of which door to go to, and how to get the cars through the entrance gate to the courtyard would have been helpful. I imagine the loo is responsiblity of Wimbledon art studios, but as there is only a single communal loo that’s getting heavy paperdoll use, it would be good to keep checking it’s clean. Ultimately it was a great experience, such a brilliant concept and I’d recommend it. Big thank you to Kat for being so cool with the kids!
