This will absolutely brilliant! Me and my family of 5 had a private class with Davide and it was so much fun. It was so authentic and personal. The food was delicious and Davide was such a lovely teacher. It was the perfect birthday present for my mum. We will be back for more! 100% recommend.

Davide was very pleasant, organised and explained the method and recipe in a simple to understand manner. The food we made (tagliatelle and ravioli with aubergine ricotta filling) felt easy and effortless to make and was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this class!

Davide is an excellent teacher and I enjoyed learning from him. He was very warm and friendly, and patient with my many questions, which he seemed happy to answer. I'm an experienced cook (although not with pasta) and found it very useful to have the opportunity to discuss questions with an expert. We made tagliatelle and ravioli and enjoyed eating the results.
