Traditional Neapolitan pizza with its crisp base and simple, flavourful toppings is truly crowd-pleasing when enjoyed in a traditional pizzeria in Italy. In this London cooking class, we’ll show you how to recreate that heartwarming experience at home.
Over four hours, learn how to create the perfect dough from scratch, master kneading, dressing, seasoning and baking the pizza for a truly authentic result. During the class, you’ll create an array of toppings using a selection of seasonal ingredients.
We’ll also show you how to make an authentic focaccia to take home as well as a tasty Italian salad to complement your pizzas. There'll be plenty of demonstrations and guided, hands-on cooking throughout the day, so don't worry if you're a complete beginner.
After the cooking is done you’ll sit down together to devour your pizzas and salad, followed by a seasonal dessert. All enjoyed with a cold beer!
