“5 of us attended the class together and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Ruby and Shannon were so friendly and welcoming we instantly felt relaxed. Refreshments were offered regularly during the class which were appreciated. The demonstrations were easy to follow and we managed to cook some amazing dishes. Ruby was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and a really good teacher. The preparation and thought that had gone into the class was really impressive, with the ingredients already measured and appearing at the right time. The kitchen was a perfect size and so well equipped. It was enjoyable to sit and eat together at the end with a glass of wine/beer/soft drink. We have come away with the recipes and are all planning on trying them again at home. Thank you for a wonderful 3 hours and we would definitely recommend the course whatever your cooking skills.”

“Such a fun class and the food packed a punch! We learnt a lot and the space was intimate and cosy. Ruby and Shannon were warm and welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. The food and company was great Would recommend!”
