What to expect in class:
- Covering crumb-coated cakes in buttercream
- Clear demonstrations on cake decorating and covering techniques
- No baking or buttercream making will occur, but you'll learn how to fill, crumb-coat & decorate cakes
- Exploration of various piping techniques & tips
- Friendly and approachable host.
