“The classroom was very very nice, the teachers were sooo sweet and helpful as well!! Very clean and pretty set up. We were 7 girls and it was such a nice activity and birthday celebration. The 2 lady's helping were soo kind and overall it was soo good. The cake tastes so good aswell
The only annoying thing was that we payed for 8 people and only 7 of us showed up, because someone got sick and cancelled last minute, and they didn't allow a refund for the 1 person that didn't show up”
“I was quite disappointed with my experience at Bento Cake. Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected my overall satisfaction. Firstly, I noticed hairs on the piping bag tools, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the piping tips provided were dirty on the inside, and no learning tips or tricks were shared during the session, which was disappointing given the price of £45.
The session also started late, and the organizers appeared unprepared, causing the group to wait around for about 20 minutes while they set up. This should have been managed beforehand to ensure a smoother experience for participants.
Overall, I was really expecting more from this class, and I don’t feel it was worth the cost. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve future sessions.”

Our instructor was absolutely excellent — not only was she incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but she also went out of her way to make the day feel special when she found out it was my birthday. She created such a warm and accommodating vibe that made everyone feel comfortable and excited to participate.
The instructions were clear, the guidance was thoughtful, and any help we needed was always right there. I genuinely couldn’t fault a single thing. It was fun, creative, and so well-organised. I’m truly grateful for how smoothly everything went and how memorable the day turned out to be.

“The workshop was great! Went at an amazing pace for us to learn all the skills. Had a chance to practice icing techniques first which were really useful. Even as someone who’s never done cake decor I could keep up. Will definitely be doing this again with my sisters and nieces for a family day out”
