Don't worry if you're new to this -- our friendly instructor will ensure you feel comfortable and supported. Please note, if you have a latex allergy, do let us know in advance as necessary PPE such as gloves and a mask will be provided.

**Please note:**
- Our studio is on the ground floor with step‑free access from Spare Street. The internal doorway is 70cm wide, which may not suit all manual or powered wheelchairs. If you’d like to check whether your equipment will fit or have specific access needs, please contact us ahead of your visit.
Studio Age & Supervision Policy:
- Adult Classes (Ages 15+): Participants aged 14–17 are welcome to join adult sessions, but must be booked alongside an accompanying adult (18+).
- No Unaccompanied Minors: Anyone under 18 attending any session must be accompanied by a paying parent or legal guardian. We cannot accept dropped-off minors under any circumstances. Unaccompanied under-18s will not be permitted entry, and tickets will be non-refundable.
