For this hands-on Authentic cooking masterclass students will make their masala base, Naan, marinades, dips from scratch. And eat the food you have all cooked together. They will also be welcomed with Rak's homemade masala chai & snacks to kick-off the session in Authentic style

- Murgh Makhani (Butter Chicken) - A restaurant classic and UK favourite dish, participants will learn how to make the butter masala (sauce) from scratch with Rak's hidden secret tips to make this into the best tasting butter chicken ever! Rak will you how to elevate this to the next level, by marinating & skewer chicken tikka.
- Aloo Tiki Chaat - Learn how to make this street-food classic crispy potato patties infused with spices and finished off with tangy, spicy and crunchy toppings
- Naan - You'll be shown how to how to make simple, quick & easy Naans yourself at home!
- All accompanied by fluffy basmati Rice and a selection of dips/sauces
