“A brilliant evening with a lovely, friendly group and a superb teacher in Jinny, her knowledge, patience and good humour made it a very special ocassion. “It was great fun learning to cook Thai food. Ginny was fantastic and advised on where to get ingredients, alternative ways of cooking and tips on freezing prepared pastes in ice cube trays or similar, for example. We made a variety of dishes, with dipping sauce and accompaniments. Very informative, fun class with delicious food to eat. Making and eating the fish cakes was my favourite part of the evening.”
