“I thought this was poor value and incredibly expensive for such a inadequately staffed group size: 1 instructor to 8 students. It didn't feel professional, low engagement from the instructor, facilities were poor, there was also a young child in our group who was playing around throwing wet clay. I think there should be an age limit or adults only classes. The worst thing is you have to come back another day (6 weeks later) to pick up your creations and then consider paying for another class to glaze. The advert for the experience mentions “you’ll leave with pieces you never thought you could create” and “fire your best two”. These statements imply this is happening during the session and you have a souvenir to take away. This may not be a problem for you if you live nearby or at least know what to expect before booking the session. I would not recommend. Fortunately I exercised the money back guarantee but it's still poor to have wasted our time and effort coming to this poorly advertised and managed session.”
