This is a fun activity in North Finchley, London

Join me for a wheel throwing class in London where you can explore the art of pottery making through a private 1 to 1 workshop. This 2-hour session is perfect for both kids and adults keen to learn how to create pottery on a wheel. By the end of the class, you will have the opportunity to craft your own piece of pottery, choosing from the options of a bowl, cup, or vase.

Don't worry if you're new to pottery-making. This workshop is designed for beginners, and I'll be there to guide you through the process step by step.

During the class, you will work with clay on the wheel, getting hands-on experience in shaping and moulding your own creation. You will have the chance to choose from a range of glazes to add a personal touch to your piece.

At the end of the class, you will leave with not only the knowledge of wheel-throwing but also with your own handcrafted pottery piece which you will come and collect them 2-4weeks after. One piece of firing cost is included in your fee but If you wish to fire additional pieces. It can be fired at an extra cost of £10 per piece.

My studio is Dead end of Woodberry Grove, N12 0DN in North Finchley.
Free street parking on the roads.

Come on in, roll up your sleeves, and let's get creative with clay in this vibrant and engaging workshop!

Choice of glazes:
- Dark brown
- Navy

A very informative class and Noriko is very knowledgeable about pottery throwing. I amazed myself and managed to make four useable items in the two hours and look forward to seeing them glazed and fired. Would recommend her class to anyone of any ability.

I had a very enjoyable afternoon with Noriko, thank you! She is a brilliant and patient teacher, who explains the throwing process really clearly which I know will help me improve my pottery practise massively. I definitely recommend a one to one session with her if you are looking to improve your skill level. Looking forward to a return visit soon!

Great fun. Noriko took the time to explain how to use the wheel and I managed to create 4 items in total. The tutorial was short which I really liked cos I spent most of the time hands on with the clay. Lots of fun and highly recommended.
