Great class, with excellent teaching from Evie, supported by Sam and Jack. Pity about the email Comms, which implied I had a further £90 to pay and the pizza selection option, which implied it cost £50 per person, despite it being subsequently confirmed that it was included.

Exceeded expectations. We made made two 35cl bottles of gin using our own choice of botanicals. We each had our own mini still to infuse the raw spirit with our botanicals and flavour our gin. There was one complimentary gin and tonic made on the premises to try, and the pizzas were excellent. The instructors were low key, but friendly and helpful. We enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this gin school session.

We thoroughly enjoyed the gin making workshop. The teachers were knowledgeable and friendly. Their instructions were clear and they were always on hand to help, but the process was quite easy. I enjoyed choosing our flavourings and it was quite exciting to see the stream of gin pouring into the beaker. You get a decent sized bottle to take away with you too. The stone baked pizza provided was also delicious and filling. A very enjoyable experience.
