Do you know there are hundreds of types of noodles in China? The Sliced Noodle, AKA Knife Shaved Noodle, is a popular type in Shanxi Province. It has a unique method of making the noodle. What does any of that have to do with Kung Fu? Find out in the cooking class!

During this cooking workshop in London, you will learn step-by-step how to make authentic Sliced Noodles from scratch. Don't worry if you're new to cooking, as your friendly teacher will be by your side each step of the way. You will find yourself in a small class and spacious shop with air conditioning. Often, private classes are available if booking on weekdays.

In this Chinese cooking class, you will learn to:
- Prepare flour dough from scratch.
- Make the Kung Fu Sliced Noodles.
- Cook a traditional dish to serve with the noodle.
- Cook and present the noodle.

By the end of this fun foodie experience, you'll have a finished dish to call your own and dig into. You'll not only walk away with a full belly but also the skills to make this amazing recipe at home.

Allergy Information
- Gluten (essential).
- Soy can be found in the sauce.
- Pork mince is the classic ingredient for this dish. Please let us know if you don't eat pork.
- A vegan option is also available. Shiitake is the best for this dish. You can add-on other vegetable dishes in Add-on if you don't like shiitake.

Add-on Classes
- All Add-ons are in the same class. It is to save your time and make the class more fun. Please allow extra time, 30 minutes to 1 hour. You can always contact us before booking to find out more details.
- The smashed cucumber is a very popular vegan salad in add-on.
- Surely you would like to add some drinks to make the class more fun.
- Festival Special Drinks featuring warm drinks, Butterbeer, Christmas Special Mulled Wine and Hot Chocolate with Rum.
- You can also learn how to sharpen your kitchen knives. Bring one in if safe to do so.
- Add-on Crispy Chilli will make your noodle a totally different taste.
- Only customers who attended the class can purchase the unique equipment to make the noodle.

Important Notes
- Price shows here is for one person. Every one requires a valid ticket in order to stay in the class, regardless whether participants in the class or just taking photos.
- The estimated class duration time is only a reference based on 12 persons in the class. It covers the entire experience, from the minute you arriving until you eating all the food. Don't worry if you need more time. And be proud if you take less time.
- Please do not bring any outside food or beverages.
- This is an adult-only class (18+). For safety reasons, the class is not suitable for pregnant women.
- We have a strict 15-minute lateness policy. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, your booking will be cancelled without a refund or reschedule.

Refund and Reschedule
- If you need to reschedule, a £50 fee per person applies. The request must be made and the fee paid at least one week prior to your class date.
- If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member (18+). If you want to do this, simply notify us of the new attendee's name.
- The best way you can help the micro business is that, If you cannot attend booked classes, please give it to your friends and family. They will thank you for that as our classes are excellent. They will return the favour to you. It is win-win-win for all.
