Women’s Wellbeing Creative Workshop
Move, Create, and Restore — in your own rhythm.

Step into a safe and gentle space just for women, designed to soothe the nervous system and inspire quiet joy.

Part One: Mindful Movement (~ 30 min)
Ease into the session with guided movement — from slow-flow yoga or tai chi, to Peruvian dance or stillness-based meditation. These embodied practices help release daily tension, awaken your senses, and return you to the present moment.

Aromatherapy oils like rose or lavender may be used to deepen relaxation.

Part Two: Silk Art Expression (~ 60min)
After movement, enjoy a calm creative session with your choice of:

Silk painting (choose from pre-drawn gutta outlines — kaleidoscope, cats & dogs, florals…)
* Hand-painted cards (great for heartfelt messages or small gifts)
* Tie-dye silk scarves (using folding, binding, and dipping techniques)

No skills or experience are needed. This is not about perfection — it's about presence.

In a small and supportive group (max 1–6 women), you'll be gently guided while creating your own meaningful artwork. Each piece becomes a tangible reminder of the quiet strength found in creativity, community, and rest.

I have done a few workshops now. Really enjoy learning the techniques used in silk painting. I have a love for textiles, so this is right up my street. These classes are so unwinding, love the movement section and then onto the painting which is mesmerising. Time always flies. Would highly recommend if your into art, crafts, textiles, etc. 5 starts

What a wonderful evening thank you. I enjoyed the movement session first and then the lovely painting guided by Mandy who is a great teacher. I feel refreshed and destressed. I really enjoy silk painting. Thank you.

Attended the women's unwinding session and what an enjoyable evening it was. After a short Thai Chi session we went on to do a silk painting. Now I'm no artist, in fact I struggle to do any form of craft work, but silk painting is so easy and fun; very therapeutic if you've had a bad day. Many so accommodating and her studio is a pure haven for peace and calm.
