Very much enjoyed my beginners sushi class with Hanna. It's a great lesson for those who want to try something a bit different to what they are used to. Home made sushi will now definetly be on the menu in my house and I might even be brave enough to share with friends! Lot's of good tips and explanation of how to carry out each step with some history of sushi and it's traditions thrown in. Would recommend for individuals or groups alike!

Like any great teacher, Simon was responsive to my cooking abilities and added complexity and simplicity accordingly. I was really impressed by how easy he made something quite technical seem. He shared lots of fascinating facts about sushi and Japan and is very funny.
