“Everyone enjoyed every minute of this workshop. Nina, out teacher was super nice and helpful. We had an amazing time in a festive atmosphere and the wreaths were so beautiful! I recommend this 100%. Nina and Christina are so talented and we are looking forward to the next workshop with them soon.”
“We went to this class as our work christmas party and it was so much fun! The wreath making was so good and it was fun to take something home at the end! We were able to bring drinks and snacks. Would highly recommend!”
“This class was so disappointing and was definitely not worth the £60pp that we paid, we feel completely ripped off. First, the class had moved location to a small room in the hotel opposite and we had not been informed of this until the organiser called after the start time to ask where we were. We were the only guests starting at this time, with two other groups already halfway through their class, and it was not a workshop at all - we were left to it with very little guidance and the "expert" could not even help us tie a bow! The wreaths were very small and the materials were very limited - some had already ran out and they said they had classes until 10pm so we feel sorry for whoever attended later. We also had to ask for the drinks which were advertised to come with the class as the two parties who had arrived before us had still not even had theirs, and the organiser then ran out to M&S to get cheap bottles of bucks fizz so they clearly had not planned to give us any until we asked. We didn't even get a full glass, more like 1/3rd of a glass. The "organiser" and the "expert" sat outside chatting for the whole time and were not interested at all. So badly done - do not waste your money on this class!”
“Disappointing from start to finish, would not recommend. Told the class was at the engine room and then get a call at the exact time the class was supposed to be starting being told its moved to a hotel across the road. Very poor organisation and communication. The ‘workshop’ was essentially a DIY session where you have paid £60 for cheap materials with no direction. The ‘experts’ have no real skills to share about wreathmaking, were disengaged and uninterested. The supplies for decoration were cheap, limited and not for purpose (eg huge baubles, no way to stick anything on). Different parties arriving at different random timeslots and multiple ‘workshops’ being held, the poor party who arrived at a timeslot an hour after us got the leftovers of decorations that we hadnt already used for our wreaths. The drink promised was not given until another party questioned it, and so we received a drink 1hr and 55 mins into our 2 hour class. Chaotic, disorganised, overpriced and amateur. Save your money.”
“This class was excellent! Cristina was super helpful better I booked, and then Nina was incredibly lovely and patient in the class-she face good advice and insights on how to make the wreaths.
There were 4 people in our class and each made a very different wreath! I would definitely do it again!”
“Really lovely class. Nina was a great teacher and happy to give advice and help. Came away with a really lovely wreath. The music was a little loud initially and were weren't offered any Prosecco (seems like others had) but otherwise a great class and pleased we went.”
“The class does not offer value for money. The instructors made it clear they were on commission and it seemed were keen to try and keep their costs to an absolute minimum - the experience was fine, but very basic. The reefs are very small and many of the materials cheap and tacky. Corners have clearly been cut to try and maximise profits which is a shame as it has the potential to be an enjoyable experience - but I came away feeling massively ripped-off.”
