Join us for this fun and light-hearted 2025 goal-setting and vision board workshop with life coach and positive psychology practitioner Jo from The Unstuck Club. By the end of the workshop, you'll have a clear idea of what you want from 2025, goals that genuinely excite you and that you're motivated to achieve, and a vision board to take home with you to help you turn your dreams into a reality throughout the year!
In the first half of the workshop, Jo uses life coaching tools and techniques to enable you to take a step back, look at what you really want, and craft goals that genuinely excite you. Then, in the second half, you'll unleash your creativity as you design your very own vision board to take home with you to help keep you motivated in 2024.
