Patterned Christmas Decorations - for adults
Get into the festive spirit with us at Familia Studios!
We'll guide you through the process of making your own set of fun and unique Christmas decorations, which will last forever - dig them out of the loft and admire them, year after year.
You'll be able to choose your vibe - rustic and neutral or bright and graphic. We'll start with a slab of clay that acts as our as our canvas, then we'll demonstrate a number of techniques to layer up colour, pattern, texture and and brush work.
Once decorated you will cut out a set of 5 - 10 decorations, depending the sizes and shapes you choose, using our selection of cookie cutters. We'll glaze and fire the items for you - choose white or clear depending on the look you're going for.
Light snacks and soft drinks provided, or get into the festive spirit and BYO - we have glassware here at the studio ready for you to use.
The pieces take around 1 week to be fired, so you'll need to come back to the studio and pick them up. We can also post the items to you for an additional £5 - just let us know and provide your address on the day of the workshop.
