A Comforting, Hands-On Cooking Experience in London
In this relaxed and welcoming class, you’ll learn how to make authentic Biang Biang noodles (La Mian) completely from scratch — just flour, water and technique.
No additives. No shortcuts. Just traditional skills passed down properly.
You’ll gently build confidence as you knead, stretch and pull your dough into long, beautiful noodles. Don’t worry if you’re new to cooking — we guide you step by step.
Classes are small and held in our spacious, air-conditioned studio. Weekday sessions are often very quiet, sometimes even private, giving you plenty of time to ask questions and enjoy the process.

In This Class, You Will Learn To:
- Make authentic hand-pulled Biang Biang noodles from scratch
- Strengthen and stretch dough using traditional pulling techniques
- Slice and prepare beef using a Chinese kitchen knife
- Season and bake the beef for maximum flavour
- Plate your dish beautifully and enjoy it fresh

If you enjoy a little heat, you can also add our Crispy Chilli Sauce experience — you’ll make a jar to share and take home.

There is something incredibly satisfying about sitting down to eat noodles you stretched with your own hands.

- Sesame, peanut and celery may be used in sauce (can be avoided upon request at booking stage)

All add-ons take place within the same session to make your visit even more enjoyable. Please allow an additional 30–60 minutes depending on your selection.

Important Booking Information
- Price is per person. Each attendee must hold a valid ticket.
- This is an adult-only class (18+).
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
- Class duration is an estimate and may vary depending on group size.
No Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another adult (18+). Please notify us in advance with the new attendee’s name.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your booking, a £50 fee per person applies. Reschedule requests must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled class date.
Arrival & Punctuality
Classes begin promptly. A 15-minute grace period is provided. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, we may not be able to admit you and your booking will be forfeited.
Health & Safety Policy
- For the safety of all guests and in line with UK food hygiene guidance, anyone experiencing vomiting, diarrhoea, or similar symptoms must be symptom-free for at least 48 hours before attending the class
- Guests may be asked to confirm this upon arrival
- We reserve the right to refuse entry if this requirement is not met

We attended the Beef Biang Biang Noodle Class and absolutely loved it. The teacher was amazing — fun, engaging, and explained everything step by step. Making the noodles ourselves was definitely the highlight!

We loved the Biang Biang class! It was exciting to learn about Chinese food culture and entertaining to make the noodles. Simon had a lot of interesting knowledge to share with us and we loved Hanna's cocktails. It was a great experience would definitely recommend!

I took my boyfriend for his birthday and we absolutely loved it! Simon and Hanna were lovely, and brilliant teachers with a wealth of knowledge. Had some delicious bubble cocktails and then settled down to eat our own pulled noodles with pride, would definitely do again. Also got to take home a lovely jar of chilli sauce to continue enjoying at home. Thank you Simon and Hanna! Two happy customers :)

Could not have loved this class more! From start to finish, everything was fantastic - fun, informative, and delicious. Simon was such a lovely host; his passion for Asian cooking really shone through, and his knowledge of the history behind the dishes made the experience even more special. Making the Biang Biang noodles was such a joy, and the meal at the end was simply incredible. Highly recommend this class to anyone who loves great food and great company! We will be booking more classes with Simon in the future!
