Really enjoyed this class. Emma was very informative, helpful with ideas and encouraging. Helped me understand the metallic paints are a lot more forgiving to paint over any mistakes. Showed me how to bleed colours together and how to make a butterfly symmetrical using a cheat method, which can be used for anything you want to be symmetrical .

Emma was very thorough with her explanations of techniques and went at a suitable pace for me to be able to follow. I can't wait for it to dry so I can add to it and eventually adding black to finish it. This is how far I got during the live session.

Emma was a delightful co-ordinator. She explained very clearly what to do to produce the butterflies and mix the metallic paints effectively: She joked about things which could be painful - scooping paint from the half pans! Haha! Thanks for a lovely evening session.

Sorry to say, I found the class quite dull and actually lost interest. i’ve been looking forward to doing this class for quite a long time. My skills are not great and found 20 minutes of trying to draw a butterfly. It might have been better if her template been provided at the beginning of the class or ahead of the class for us people that cannot draw. Found the metallic paint techniques quite interesting but beyond that lost the Will.
