This is a fun activity in Manchester

Ready to unwind? Visit our painting space for this pot painting class in Manchester, where you can come and decorate your own chosen pieces of eco-resin homeware! Choose two items from plant pots, trinket trays, trinket pots, and seasonal decorations.

This is a little different than pottery painting, as your homewares are made from eco-resin and don't need to be fired after you've painted them; once the paint is dry, you can use them at home right away! (Please note, finished creations need to be treated with care as they're hand-painted).

Please note:

- The minimum age is 16 years old. Please don't be offended if we ask to verify the age of teenagers, our insurance requires us to make sure everyone is the right age to have a good crafty time! Children, toddlers and babes in arms are not able to be present for this adults only class.

- This is NOT pottery, as such as not food-safe or waterproof by default. You'll be provided with a take-home gloss kit at our shop that makes the items water resistant. We recommend bringing your own bag where possible.

- You must arrive at the start of your session time; otherwise, you won't be given your full 2-hour slot.

- You will be sat within your booking group, so please be aware if you book alone, you may be seated alone if no other guests have booked onto your time slot.

- While you're with us, you're able to order hot drinks & refreshments (at an extra charge) from our shop. We don't allow you to bring any food in that hasn't been purchased from the coffee shop.

- You'll have gloves at your disposal to prevent any mess.

- You can leave your piece with us to dry (you have up to 2 weeks to collect) or you can take it home immediately!

- We are a shop open to the public. There may be other painting groups within your time slot or other workshops happening simultaneously in the space, so you won’t have the space to yourself, but you’ll have your table to enjoy your experience! If you book a private class, there still may be other groups in the space, however you will be seated in your own table.

I went with my older sister to this class and we both had brilliant time. The ladies running the session were so friendly and helpful and made the experience both fun and relaxing. Great value for money and would definitely recommend!

Took my mum to the paint and chill session and it was everything and more, the most gorgeous studio space. Chelsea was so lovely, lots of cute trinkets and plants and kits to take home to make bits yourself. Will definitely be back, perfect for date night or even for you and the girls!

This paint n sip session was relaxing. I went with a group of 6 people and we all enjoyed the ambience and the options of pottery we could paint. We had a nice introduction at the beginning from Charlotte, after which we were left to paint on our own.

Had I not been to comparable spaces, I would have rated this experience more highly. However, I feel that there’s very little value for money here. The item you’re given to paint is incredibly small. The items are priced individually however there’s a flat price for the painting experience, irrespective of the item chosen. Most items are hand sized. The space and atmosphere is lovely. The member of staff was pleasant enough when spoken to but wasn’t the most approachable. Drinks can be purchased from the cafe across the way, they’re expensive and small but are supporting local businesses very explicitly and have a lovely shop full of art and creative items. As I said, had I not been to comparable spaces, I might not have been as dismayed as I was. Unfortunately there’s also nowhere to wash your hands which is inconvenient for obvious reasons.
