Guided by soothing movements, mindful meditation, and immersive sound vibrations, this journey will help you release tension, find deep relaxation, and restore inner balance. By combining the grounding practices of yoga with the transformative power of sound healing, this session amplifies the benefits for both your body and mind.
The physical postures and mindful breathwork ease muscular tension and calm your nervous system, while the resonant tones of the instruments promote profound relaxation, emotional release, and energetic alignment.
What to expect during your experience:
- Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to find your place and get comfortable.
- Session Flow: We’ll begin with a short meditation to help you relax before Tiffany guides you through breathwork and a light yoga flow. The session transitions into the sound bath, where Emma will use a mixture of Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, percussion instruments, and crystals.
- Relaxation: Many find the sound bath incredibly relaxing—some may even drift off to sleep. (A gentle tap may be given for loud snoring to maintain the atmosphere.)
- Integration: At the end of the sound bath, there will be 10 minutes of silence to allow the healing to integrate.
- Feedback: You’re welcome to share your experience afterward or simply head home to continue relaxing.
Important Note: Sound baths are not recommended for:
- Those in the first three months of pregnancy
- Children
- Those with pacemakers or metal implants
- Anyone experiencing severe mental health problems
- Individuals with a history of epilepsy or seizures (please consult your doctor for suitability)
