- Nutritional Insights: Explore the health benefits of Mediterranean ingredients and how to incorporate them into a balanced diet.
- Meal Prep Tips: Discover how to prepare and store components ahead of time for quick, wholesome meals throughout the week.

Example Menu (menu will vary with seasons):

Starter: Hummus Duo (Classic and/or chickpea free with carrots-beetroot)
Main: Shawarma Chicken Wraps with a hands-on folding session, featuring an array of fillings such as homemade tangy pickles, fresh veggies, and a homemade easy yoghurt tahini sauce.
Dessert: Baklava style energy balls

It doesn't matter if you're a little hopeless when it comes to home-cooked meals, as your teacher will be on hand to provide plenty of tips, tricks, and guidance as you focus on getting creative in your kitchen.

You'll finish this class with a magnificent meal of Middle Eastern cuisine to enjoy and all the skills you need to continue cooking up a storm!

Loved the Mediterranean Cooking Class with Chef Hind! It was so interactive, easy to follow, and packed with flavor.
