This is a fun activity in Deptford, London
Come join us for a cosy session of arm knitting your very own blanket! No need for needles or experience, just your arms and some chunky yarn. This in-person event is perfect for beginners and crafting enthusiasts alike. Bring your friends along and enjoy a fun and relaxing time creating something warm and beautiful.
We'll be knitting with Woolly Mahoosive's acrylic Mahoosive yarn (which is vegan-friendly), so big you use your arms as needles! 2kgs of yarn is included in the price of the workshop, which should give you a blanket 75 x 125cm.
Four colours will be available to choose from: mustard yellow, lilac, light teal or peacock green. If none of them are to your taste, let us know as there are other options - we may be able to order something you'd prefer.
We’re also flexible with timings – if the listed slots don’t quite work for you, please don’t be shy about asking for another date or time. Just let us know whether you’d like a private booking, or if you’d prefer us to open up a new time slot for others to join too.

It's just 1 stop from London Bridge on national rail, or a 5 minute walk from New Cross on the Overground.
Carriage way is a ramp that starts on Deptford High Street next to Toad Bakery and slopes up to platform 1 at Deptford Station. Access it from one of the ends (on platform 1, you'll find it behind the lifts - if you find yourself next to SALT, you'll see stairs up to a bridge.. head up the stairs and over the bridge).
