In this engaging needle felting workshop, you'll master the captivating art of needle felting to create your own stunning felted piece.
You are able to choose between a Highland cow or a seascape. Working with soft fibres and specialist felting needles, you'll learn how to build layers and textures that bring your chosen scene to life. Whether inspired by your personal photographs or our curated collection of images, you'll discover how to translate the beauty of your favourite places—perhaps that treasured beach view or that magnificent sunset—into a textile artwork uniquely yours.
You needn't worry if you're new to textile arts; the rhythmic nature of needle felting creates a calming, meditative experience that helps you naturally find your creative flow.
Throughout the session, you'll be guided through each step of creating depth and dimension in your piece, learning how different fibres can be worked to achieve various effects. The satisfaction of seeing your chosen landscape emerge from the fibres makes this activity particularly rewarding.
By the end of the workshop, you'll have acquired a new skill that opens up endless creative possibilities, along with your own personally meaningful artwork ready to display in your home.
